William "Bill" Charles Dille

William "Bill" Charles Dille, 92 of Warsaw, Indiana and formerly of the Argos community passed away November 29, 2022 at 12:05 p.m. at Mason Health and Rehabilitation, Warsaw, Indiana. On October 30, 1930 in Fulton County, Indiana he was born to Baker E. Dille and Theresa E. (Moore) Dille. Bill had lived in Warsaw, Indiana the past 2 ½ years, having lived in Argos, Indiana for nearly 60 years prior.

On July 2, 1955 in Argos, Indiana he married Sharon A. Thompson, together they shared the next 54 years until Sharon's passing on December 14, 2009.

Bill worked on the building crew for Moriarty Buildings and Wicks Lumber, both of Argos, Indiana

He was a graduate of Culver High School with the class of 1948 and a veteran of the United States Army from 1950 – 1952.

Bill enjoyed mowing his grass and shoveling snow, taking walks, and riding his bike. He could be seen from time to time feeding the squirrels by hand and he loved a good game of Dollar Up – baseball with all the neighborhood kids.

Bill is survived by his children - Daughter: Vicki Dille of Argos, Indiana

Sons: Bob Dille and wife Jane of Argos, Indiana; Steve Dille of Argos, Indiana; and Brian Dille and wife Karen of Warsaw, Indiana

8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren

He is preceded in death by his: Parents, Wife, Sisters – Elnora Ringer and Lura Bollman

Per Bill's wishes a Private Graveside Services will be held on Saturday December 3, 2022 with Rev. Rod Valentine. Burial will take place at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana.
