Robert Kirk Thompson

Robert Kirk Thompson, 68 of Plymouth, Indiana passed away on October 11, 2020 at 3:24 p.m. in Bremen, Indiana after two years of declining health. On February 7, 1952 in South Bend, Indiana he was born to Dale Vernon Thompson and Lois (Pfeiffer) Thompson. Kirk had lived all of his life in Marshall County, Indiana. 

On November 19, 1977 in Plymouth, Indiana he married Pamela M. Barger and together they have shared the past 42 years.

Kirk was a cement finisher belonging to Local Mason Union 101, South Bend, Indiana. He had worked for Walsh & Kelley Concrete, South Bend, Indiana; partnership with Art Dunlap Concrete, Argos, Indiana; and retired from Hensley Concrete, Argos, Indiana.

Kirk was a graduate of Argos High School class of 1971.

Kirk is survived by his Wife – Pam Thompson of Plymouth, Indiana

Daughter – Samantha A. Ellsworth and husband Lucky of Bremen, Indiana

Son – Cody L. Thompson and wife Ginger of Muncie, Indiana

Grand Children – Shawna York; Kadyn and Zayne Ellsworth; Zoey Thompson; Mia Thompson; and Sadie Thompson

Sister – Kaye Louise Wallen-Fehr and husband Rod of Warsaw, Indiana

Brother- Dan Alan Thompson and wife Kathy of Plymouth, Indiana; and John Charles (JC) Thompson and wife Amy of Terre Haute, Indiana

He is preceded in death by his Parents; and Brother - Gregory Lee Thompson  

Graveside Services will take place on Thursday October 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana with Rev. Doug Spurlock.
