Odis Shepherd Obituary

Odis Jack Shepherd, 54 of Warsaw, Indiana passed away January 20, 2025, at 7:35 p.m. following a very sudden illness. On March 16, 1970, in Rochester, Indiana Odis was born to Donald M. Shepherd and Brenda C. (Hudson) Ganshorn. He lived in Warsaw for the past 4 months having lived in Rochester, Indiana prior.

Odis married Shelia Snedeker and together the shared 20 years together before they were divorced.

Odis worked as a self-employed seamless guttering installer. He was a member of the Warsaw Sons of the American Legion, Warsaw; attended Home Church, Warsaw, Indiana; and was a graduate of Argos High School with the class of 1988.

Odis is survived by his Children – Casondra Shepherd of Plymouth, Indiana, and Jack Shepherd of West Minster, Colorado

Grandchildren – Azazel, Eleazar, Emrys, and Delilah 

Sister – Denise Harrison and husband Woody of Argos, Indiana

Brother – Brent Shepherd and wife Heather of Paicines, California

½ Sister – Mindy Ditton of Warsaw, Indiana

Nieces - Desiree, Latisha    Nephews - Benjamin, Dalton, Zachary 

He is preceded in death by his Parents

 

Friends may visit with the family on Monday January 27, 2025, from 3 – 6 p.m. at the Riverview Community Church, 3780 State Road 110, Tippecanoe, Indiana. Funeral services to follow at 6:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Steve Wilhelm and Rev. John B. Lowe. Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana at a later date.
