Matthew Lee Alford

Matthew "Matt" Lee Alford, 44 of Tippecanoe, Indiana died on January 27, 2016 at 4:58 p.m. at his residence. He was born on November 27, 1971 to David Lynn Alford and Marcella Sue (Sanders) Alford. Matt has lived in Tippecanoe, Indiana for the last 20 years, coming from Rochester, Indiana

On July 1, 1995 in Warsaw, Indiana at Sacred Heart Catholic Church he married Jennifer (Carr) Alford.
Matt worked at Chore-Time Brock in Milford, Indiana; and was owner-operator of Finish First Wall Board of Tippecanoe, Indiana.
He attended Warsaw Community Church, Warsaw, Indiana, and was a past member of Mystic Hills Golf Club. Matt was a graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School with the class of 1991 and attended Vincennes University.  

Matt is survived by his Wife – Jennifer Alford, Tippecanoe, Indiana
Daughter – Sydney Kay Alford and Son – Parker Matthew Alford both at home.
Mother – Marcella Phillips of Tippecanoe, Indiana
Sisters – Susan Branham and husband Michael of Winnsbord, Texas; and Julie Larson and husband Jeff of Pierceton, Indiana
Brother – Michael Alford and girlfriend Callie Mejia of Elkhart, Indiana
Father-In-Law and Mother-In-Law – Robert and Linda Carr of Mentone, Indiana
Brother-In-Law – Rob Carr of Mentone, Indiana; and Sister-In-Law Carol Hunt and husband Doug of Hartford City, Indiana.
He is preceded in death by his Father – David L. Alford, Step-Father – Maurice D. Phillips

Friends may visit with the family on Monday February 1, 2016 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, Indiana.  
Private Family Services will be held at a later date with Rev. Jeff Pfeifer of the Warsaw Community Church.
