Marilyn McCoige Obituary

Marilyn Ann (Hardy) McCoige, 75 of 440 W. Marshall St., Argos, Indiana died October 21, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at Signature Health Care, Bremen, Indiana. She had been in declining health for several years.

Marilyn was born on April 7, 1939 in Lowville, New York to Floyd C. Hardy and Madeline (Hutchins) Hardy. She has lived in the Argos community since 1971, coming from Culver, Indiana where she had lived from 1961 to 1971. Before that she lived in Carthage, New York.

On June 7, 1961 in Black River, New York she married Charles Edward McCoige and together they shared the next 32 years. Charles preceded her in September 1993.
Marilyn was a Housewife/Homemaker, and was a graduate of West Carthage High School with the class of 1958 in Carthage, New York.

She is survived by her Daughter – Deb Jung and husband Steve of Plymouth, Indiana
Son – Rick McCoige of Couchville, Tennessee  
Grandchildren – Angelina Jung of North Manchester; Caitlin Jung and Eric Jung both of Plymouth, Indiana
Brothers – Floyd Hardy and wife Gene of Rochester, New York; and David Hardy of New York
Marilyn is preceded in death by her Parents, and Husband.

Friends may visit with the family on Monday October 27, 2014 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at The Argos Garden Court, 400 W. Marshall St., Argos, Indiana.  
Memorial Services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. October 27, 2013 at the Argos Garden Court with Chaplain Jason See of Woodlawn Hospital.
Burial will be at a later date at the Maxinkuckee I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Poplar Grove, Culver, Indiana
