Margie Rose (Creighbaum) Schlosser, 85 of Jarrah Rd., Argos, Indiana died September 1, 2014 at 5:00 a.m. at the Life Care Center, Rochester, Indiana.
Margie was born in Medaryville, IN on Aug 16, 1929, the daughter of Floyd and Nina Tippit Creighbaum. She was educated in Tippecanoe schools. Margie was a long-time member of the Ladies Auxillary of the American Legion, Argos.
She married George H. Schlosser November 16, 1962 who she precedes in death. They moved to the family farmstead on Jarrah Road, Argos in 1970 where they enjoyed many years and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2012.
Margie enjoyed spending time with family and friends and caring for her niece’s children, Sara and Alyssa.
Margie leaves a son, Rick L. Ferguson of Arlington, Texas, and step-daughter, Cynthia ‘Schlosser’ Beal of Atlanta, Georgia along with 5 grandchildren, Sara, Ryan, Lindsay, Lauren, and Sarah and several great-grandchildren.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, brothers - Dean Creighbaum, Donald Creighbaum-Plymouth, Charles Creighbaum-Logansport, and a sister, Donna Hartz of Tippecanoe.
