Kenneth Roger Heuer

Kenneth Roger Heuer, 84 of Argos, Indiana passed away August 2, 2024, at 10:40 p.m. at Miller's Merry Manor, Culver, Indiana. On December 26, 1939, in Capron, Illinois he was born to Albert A. Heuer and Elizabeth (Simmons) Heuer. He’s lived in the Argos community for 54 years, coming from South Beloit, Illinois.

On October 26, 1957, he married Janice A. Creighton and together, they shared the next 66 years.

Kenny was a truck driver having worked for Weil McLain for 30 years and Prochno Farms for 15 years.   

Kenny was a graduate of Belvidere High School, Belvidere, Illinois. He served his country in the United States Army from April 9, 1957, till March 9, 1960, when he received his Honorable Discharge. He was a member of the Argos American Legion, Argos, Indiana.

Kenny is survived by his Wife – Janice Heuer of Argos, Indiana

Daughters – Kathy Heuer and Lori Miller of Hamilton, Indiana; and Kim O’Dell and husband Don of Argos, Indiana

Granddaughter – Amberly Stults and husband Justin of Argos, Indiana; and Grandson – Dustin O’Dell and wife Ashley of West Orange, New Jersey

Great Grandchildren – Olivia Stults and Lukas Stults

Kenny was preceded in death by his Parents, Son – Kevin Heuer, Sisters – Vernie, Betty, Roberta, Alyce, and Dorothy and Brothers – Albert and John

Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery with Pastor Brian Trump.

Military services will be conducted by the United States Army Honor Guard.
