Jacqueline Johnson Obituary

Jacqueline (Miller) Johnson, 75 of rural Argos, Indiana passed away unexpectedly February 3, 2026, at 10:03 a.m.  On November 8, 1950, in Hazard, Kentucky she was born to Bill Miller and Alberta (Roberts) Miller. Jacqueline had lived in the Argos community most of her adult life.

On April 2, 1969, she married Harry Kenneth Johnson and together they shared the next 57 years.

Jacqueline was a housewife/homemaker and took care of many foster children over the years.   

Jacqueline is survived by her Husband – Harry Johnson of Argos, Indiana

Son – Billy Johnson of Argos, Indiana and Harry Johnson Jr. of Argos, Indiana

4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren with another to arrive soon 

Sister – Betty Howard of Plymouth, Indiana and Judy Warren and husband Richard of Argos, Indiana

Brother – Doug Miller and wife Holly of Plymouth, Indiana

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Sisters – Reva Campbell, Shirley Vires, Louise Boulas, and Christine Miller

 

Friends may visit with the family on Friday February 6, 2026, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, Indiana. A Time of Remembrance Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will conclude at Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana.
