Frances Ann (Ludwig) Dorsey

Frances Ann (Ludwig) Dorsey, 74 of Argos, Indiana passed away June 25, 2025, at 5:05 a.m. in Stillwater Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, Indiana. On January 19, 1951, in Argos, Indiana Frances was born to Francis “Abe” Ludwig and Violet (Sarber) Ludwig. She’s lived in the Argos community all of life.

On August 7, 1979, she married Floyd Dorsey and together they shared the past 46 years together.

Frances worked at R.R. Donnelley as Roll-Tinder for nearly 40 years.   

She is survived by her Husband – Floyd Dorsey of Argos, Indiana

Children – Chayne Butler of Plymouth; Kelly Hill and Husband Richard of Plymouth; Chris Butler and wife Ana of San Diego, California; Amber Trump and husband Jason of Argos; and Amy Coplen and husband Joshua of Argos, Indiana.

7 Grandchildren     3 Great Grandchildren and 1 soon to arrive      

Brother – David Ludwig of Bremen, Indiana

Numerous Nieces and Nephews  

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Brothers – Brothers – Bobby Kring, Michael Kring, Charles Kring, and Kenneth Ludwig; Sisters – Donna Kring, Sue Feagles, Irene Creighbaum, Mary DeVos, and Martha Muffley
