Ellen Sue (McCoige) Denney

Ellen Sue "Susie" (McCoige) Denney, 72 of 625 W. Oakhill Ave., Plymouth, Indiana and formerly of the Argos Community died on December 10, 2017 at 12:47 p.m. at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth, Indiana where she had been in declining health the past couple of years.
On March 3, 1945 in Argos, Indiana she was born to Clyde McCoige and Esther (Powers) McCoige and had lived her whole life in the Argos community.

On August 6, 1972 in Plymouth, Indiana she married Gerald “Tony” Rudolph Denney. he preceded her on October 10, 2012.
Susie was the School Crossing Guard for the town of Argos for 36 years. She retired in 2015.
She had attended the Argos United Methodist Church, Argos, Indiana.
Susie was formerly associated with the Plymouth Moose Lodge, Rochester Eagles, and American Legion Auxiliary Post #68 Argos, Indiana  

Susie is survived by her Sister – Margie Mewszel and husband Jim of Plymouth, Indiana
Brother – Bruce McCoige and wife Shirley of Pekin, Illinois
Several Nieces and Nephews

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Brothers – Jim McCoige and Bill McCoige, Sisters – Bonnie Hundt, and two younger sisters during childhood

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday December 13, 2017 at 4 – 7 p.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, 208 N. Michigan St., Argos, Indiana.  
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday December 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd Howard of the Church of Jesus Christ, Argos, Indiana.
Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana.
