David Lynn Patton

David Lynn Patton, 68 of Argos, Indiana passed away on January 25, 2020 at 1:29 a.m. at Peaboby Retirement Community, North Manchester, Indiana. On October 16, 1951 in Rochester, Indiana he was born to Mart C. Patton and Janet (Nesmith) Patton. David has lived all of his life in the Argos community.

He married Cathy (Carlton) Patton-Padgett she was his life-long best friend and former wife. Even though divorced, they remained close to the end.

David was a graduate of Argos High School with the class of 1970. He served his Country in the United States Army from July 9, 1970 to January 11, 1972.

David is survived by his Mother – Janet Patton of Argos, Indiana

Daughters – Jennifer Patton of Eastvale, California; and Laura Patton Carter of Brownsburg, Indiana

4 Grandchildren - Anthony, Cortez, Davion, Leanna

Sisters – Barbara  Carlson of Rochester, Indiana; and Linda Ransom of South Bend, Indiana

Brothers – Jerry Patton and wife Kim of Bourbon, Indiana; Mark Patton of Argos, Indiana

He is preceded in death by his Father; and Brothers Darrel, Randy, and Jeff
