Clyde Wilford Lattea

Clyde Wilford Lattea, 80 of Pierceton, Indiana passed away May 6, 2025, at 9:02 p.m. at Stillwater Hospice Home, Fort Wayne, Indiana. On June 12, 1944, in Alum Fork, West Virginia he was born to Pearl (Lattea) Ewig. He’s lived in Kosciusko County most of his life.

Clyde worked as a Machinist with Zimmers in Warsaw, Indiana for over 30 Years and was a past member of the Warsaw Moose Lodge #1423

Clyde is survived by his Sons – Rick Lattea and Sue of Pierceton, Indiana; and Steve Lattea and Lisa of Warsaw,Indiana

4 Grandchildren  5 Great Grandchildren 

Sister – Patty Snyder and husband Ronnie of West Virginia; Mary Ann Thompson and husband John of Virginia

Brother – Richard Lattea and wife Nancy of Floridia  

He is preceded in death by his Mother and Brother – Jerry Wayne Carpenter, and his loyal K-9 companion Bentley

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Saturday June 14, 2025, from 12 – 4 a.m. at Clyde's residence 32 EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton, Indiana.

Note from the Family: Come celebration the life of Clyde with us from 12 noon to 4 p.m. on June 14 at his home. the family will provide fried chicken, pulled pork, sweet tea and lemonade we are asking if you plan to come please bring a dish to pass if you can if not please don't let that stop you from coming we would love to see everyone there that knew and loved Clyde to come celebrate his life with us and we ask if you can rsvp Susan or Rick if you're coming so we know how much chicken to order.
